Each year ITV hosts their annual suppliers awards ceremony - the Insider Awards, to celebrate and recognise the achievements of their suppliers and service providers. The categories include ‘Supplier of the year 2015', ‘Service team of the year 2015', ‘Unsung Hero’ and the award we won for the second year running ‘Customer Service Excellence.’

Being recognised by a major blue chip organisation for such an achievement is something we are extremely proud of. One of our values as a company is to always ensure complete customer satisfaction and we encourage our employees to go the extra mile to ensure that this is achieved. This is an achievement for all of our staff across all ITV sites nationally. We are very proud of this success.

ITV is one of the Uk’s largest media organisations and has nearly 20 locations across the UK. They rely on excellent service from over 100 suppliers who ensure that their day to day services run smoothly. We have been their preferred supplier in our category for sixteen years and we have recently extended our agreement.

Over the last 16 years that we have been working with ITV, we have expanded our service delivery and developed number of new skills in order to meet their ever changing needs. We now provide daily cleaning, periodic industrial/technical cleaning and waste management solutions across all ITV sites.

We of course know that this wouldn’t have been possible without our dedicated staff. Our staff undergo regular training to ensure we are continuously providing a service fit for purpose using the most modern and efficient methods possible.

We have rolled out NVQ Certification in Property, Caretaking and Facility Services across all ITV sites and many staff will be progressing to the next level once completing the course.
