ITV were experiencing significant problems with their existing contractor at their London South Bank facilities.

 The problems consisted of recruitment selection issues, poor contract management and an overall unacceptable standard of cleaning and service delivery, resulting in disruption to studio turn around cleaning.

We were initially appointed as consultants to prepare a formal report identifying the previous contractor’s problems and to make recommendations on how to quickly correct these issues.

Following on from our initial consultancy service, we were asked to take over the management of cleaning and related ancillary services for ITV and provide an efficiency review.
