We operate a number of contracts where employees previously engaged in the public sector and have inherited rights to public-sector pension provision. We make sure that these rights stay in place during and after the transfer of staff to our company.
Public-sector employees e.g, NHS health-care, education and Local Authority sectors are generally engaged on contracts with enhanced benefits and we are able to administer contributions via both Admitted Body Status and Broadly-comparable GAD compliance schemes.
We have established scheme arrangements already in-place, as well as links with Pan Trustees, an organisation who operate centralised passport arrangements for public sector tendering.
The Federated Pension Plan operates passports (e.g, Certificates of Broad Compatibility issued by the Government Actuary's Department) for the NHS Pension Scheme, all sections of the principal Civil Service Pension Scheme and Local Government Pension Schemes.
