In 1998, Bovis Lend Lease Ltd requested our services to undertake extensive industrial cleaning throughout the later stages of the 27 month Trafford Centre build, to ensure that the shopping centre opened on-time for its September deadline.

We provided extensive labour resources and staff to facilitate large-scale industrial cleaning and at times provided in excess of 30+ staff to ensure scheduled completion to an excellent standard, both safely and to deadline.

The Trafford Centre opened on-schedule in September 1998, and currently

attracts several million visitors annually.

Following the original opening, we provided daily cleaning services, covering areas such as toilet facilities; floor polishing and general shopping centre clean up, until The Trafford Centre established their own internal cleaning team.
